Service Agreement
* Ask questions related to problems or functionality via email/phone.
* Get your own feedback into the features to be added in the next version of the product.
* Enhancements to the tool will be provided to the customer on maintenance free of cost.
* As part of support agreement, the customers in their own interest need to be able share the desktop through internet (either through Remote desktop / Citrix).
* If you are upgrading from Baan IV to BaanERP or SSA ERP LN, receive a replacement copy of the same pro duct you have licensed. We can get the tool migrated from Baan IV to ERP Ln with 0 cost.The ownership of the tool and sources thereon in ERP Ln with respect to the tool will remain with Jewelex Creation Pvt Ltd while customer having the unlimited right to USE.
